Kathy’s passion for others is evident the minute you meet her. She is a thoughtful and reflective learner and facilitator who shows a sincere interest in all who she meets. She understands the balance between teaching and learning.

Kathy puts forth a huge effort towards developing a deep understanding of any work she is engaged in and with. Her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development, which explores all aspects of development from birth to geriatrics, has assisted Kathy with understanding all area and ages of development. Her facilitation experience supports her to understand adult learning theory which assists her apply highly effective teaching strategies and instructional practices.
